Cancellation Policy

No shows will be charged full price, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment value. This is to cover loss of earnings from that appointment that we can not fill at such short notice. Please arrive on time as you have a designated time slot. If you are late to your appointment you may forfeit your appointment or have a shortened treatment but will still be charged full price.  Thank you for respecting our business - if we do not work we do not earn, therefore it is paramount our clients understand this and why we strictly enforce our policy.
