Cancellation Policy
No shows will be charged full price, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment value. This is to cover loss of earnings from that appointment that we can not fill at such short notice. Please arrive on time as you have a designated time slot. If you are late to your appointment you may forfeit your appointment or have a shortened treatment but will still be charged full price. Thank you for respecting our business - if we do not work we do not earn, therefore it is paramount our clients understand this and why we strictly enforce our policy.

When should I book?NOW! Book as soon as possible to avoid dissapointment.

What is the process of booking a wedding party?Simply fill out our form on the makeup page, we will then get back to you asap with a quote. If you are happy to accept the quote, pay your deposit & sign the t's and c's.

Do you travel? If so how far?YES! Kayla can travel as far as needed. If you are local and would like to come into our studio, you are more than welcome to bring the bubbles, nibbles, friends and family and we will celebrate with you all! If you would like us to travel to you, we charge $1 per km. If you would like us to travel further (overseas) please get in contact with us to discuss further.

How long does makeup application take?Please allow up to 1 hour per person.

Should I have a makeup trial. If so, when?"Yes we highly recommend you have a makeup trial before your special day. This is to ensure we are all on the same page and to work through some different options and colour ideas. Approimately 1 month before if perfect for the trial.

Will my makeup last all day and all night?We only use the highest quality of products to ensure you get the longevity.

What brand do you use?We absolutely love Blac Cosmedics and what they stand for. Formulated by makeup artists with skin in mind they have created beautiful products with great coverage and lasting results. Cruelty free, paraben free, ethically sourced, NZ owned, fresh finish, organic range.
